• Responses to the survey will be shared with HSBC and may be used in promotional materials for NOON/InHer Space and HSBC, and published on the NOON and HSBC sites and social media platforms. Participation will be taken as agreement for use of material in this way.
• This NOON Entrepreneur Survey 2025 Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. It is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), excluding employees and their families of the Promoter, its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies and agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Participants must be 18 years or over.
• Participants enter by filling out the NOON Entrepreneur Survey 2025 and ticking Yes at the end of the Survey.
• Five winners will be chosen from the entries via random drawing using random.org. The winners will receive £20 e-gift card from John Lewis, delivered electronically.
• The Prizes are subject to John Lewis’s rules, terms and conditions.
• The Prizes are subject to availability, are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
• Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the respondent agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Taking part in the Survey and Prize Draw will be taken to mean acceptance of the rules and terms and conditions.
• To enter the Prize Draw entrants must complete the NOON Entrepreneur Survey 2025, accessible via the Google form link, and tick the Yes box to enter. Entry is restricted to one per person.
• All entries must be received by 31 March 2025 at 23.59 GMT.
• The winner will be notified via the email address they input on the Survey form. They have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize after being notified, after which time the prize will be considered unclaimed and will be re-assigned using a random selection method. The winner will be published at the bottom of this post.
• NOON is responsible for the adjudication of the prize draw and the provision of the prizes.
• Prizes are sourced via John Lewis. NOON, its partners and agents cannot be held responsible for problems related to fulfillment of prizes including non-delivery or substitution due to original prize being unavailable.
• The Promoter may vary or amend the promotion at its absolute discretion.
• The Promoters accept no responsibility for technical difficulties which may result in survey entries and consent to prize draw not registering in the results and therefore being not eligible.

• Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of a prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
• The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. Should a prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
