Jackie Naghten

Jackie Naghten is NOON MD as well as a passionate and curious entrepreneur and speaker on the 60-year pivot for women. An outstanding, resilient and agile leader, she has decades of experience building and leading exceptional brands to success. She has a long track record in the retail space, previously working for brands including Goodwood Estates, Coco de Mer and Topman, among others.

Caroline Herz, Dressing Volunteer (3+ years)

Caroline has been a stylist with Smart Works Greater Manchester since February 2021, and we are so incredibly lucky to have her as part of our volunteer team.

Caroline is the Co- Founder, Director and Mentor of The Yard Atelier. Previous to this Caroline was both Principal Lecturer and Head of Employability at MMU Manchester Fashion Institute. Caroline also possesses a wealth of experience (1981- 2001) spanning outwear brands across continents heading up numerous design departments for UK clothing manufacturing businesses.

Clare Webber, Dressing Volunteer (5+ years)

Clare has been with Smart Works for nearly 6 years and was so delighted we they “took her on”.

Her previous careers were in education and the City and she feels blessed to be involved with such a dynamic, innovative and inspiring organisation. Clare loves seeing the change in the clients as they settle on their chosen outfits, growing in confidence as they realise they can look and act in a professional manner.
