Some of our events are about personal and professional development and transformation. And some are about simply having fun and relaxing together. Our Escape to the Country retreat is all about the latter!

Only 1 hour 40 minutes from London by train the NOON community will be hanging out, walking, eating delicious food, enjoying daily yoga and other activities and soaking up the beauty of this extraordinary place. When our Founder Eleanor went down to check out Wern-y-Cwm she sat down for what was supposed to be five minutes on an extraordinary comfy bed and fell asleep so quiet and chilled is this beautiful spot.

Wern-y-Cwm is a Grade II-listed ancient Welsh homestead which has been lovingly renovated by a super successful Queenager who sold her business and ploughed her passion into the place where she grew up. Every room is like an art exhibit – one is constructed around an incredible pair of glittery silver heels, another takes a peacock theme with a stunning silver head-board and turquoise and blue furnishings.

The owner is a world-renowned designer and it shows wherever you look. She is passionate about recycling, upcycling and bringing things of beauty back to life. We are taking over the whole farm and all its buildings and cottages including the stunning restored barn with its huge fire, beams and stone floor which will be the centre-piece of our retreat. The farmhouse and surrounding buildings have been renovated to an impeccably high standard and beautifully combine all the conveniences of modern life with the roots and history of the land on which it is situated.

The price of our NOON Escapes to the Country retreat includes your stunning room, all food at the farm and a great roster of activities and access to the facilities, including:

• Daily Hatha Yoga with Christine (individual sessions available upon request) – suitable for all levels including beginners
