Membership cancellation policy
You can cancel your NOON Membership at any time. You do so by going to your account page. (Log in here.) Alternatively, message us at hello@noon.org.uk and we can help.
For Basic Memberships, we’ll remove your information from our Membership database. Note: If you signed up separately for the newsletter, you will still receive that. But of course you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the newsletter email.
For Monthly Memberships, the cancellation will take effect with the next billing cycle. Do note if you cancel close to your billing date, it might not be possible for cancellation to take immediate effect and you might be billed for a final cycle.
For Annual Memberships, the cancellation will take effect after your annual membership has run out. Do note if you cancel close to your billing date, it might not be possible for cancellation to take immediate effect and you might be billed for an additional cycle.
There is no pro rata refund of any membership fees.
Updating your email
You can update your email on your account at any time by going to your Account page.
Privacy Policy
Keeping your data and privacy safe is very important to us at NOON. By signing up for a free newsletter subscription or membership, you indicate that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to it.
