Noon Tours: Skiing in Switzerland 2024

Whether you prefer to spend your time skiing, or fancy doing some walking, sledging, or even trying the resort’s zip wires, your five day holiday in Grindewald, nestled in valley beneath the towering north face of the Eiger, is guaranteed to be memorable.

The village has access to the extensive Jungfrau ski region via a network of efficient mountain trains, busses and cable-cars. And there are welcoming bars and restaurants on the slopes and dotted through the village so you can be sure you’ll never be far from a restorative drink and a tasty meal.

If you decide you’d rather not head out into the snow, the Sportzentrum in the village offers a swimming pool, waterslide and a wellness area with a range of facilities. If you fancied, you could have a go at the indoor rope park. And there’s the artificial ice rink where you could try your hand at a game of curling. Or, of course, you could just relax and enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery and views.

Your hotel accommodation for the five nights of your stay is the four-star Hotel Eiger, a lovely family-run hotel right in the centre of the village. The Eiger is renowned for its excellent standards of accommodation and cuisine, its relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and its convenient location.
