Clarify your life for 2025

Want to make the most of 2025 but still thinking about what that means for you?
This one-hour workshop, led by expert Alison Cable, will enlist creative exercises, reflection and journaling to help you clarify what you’d like to let go of from 2024 and what you want to move toward. Alison led our popular journaling sessions at our Wern-y-Cwm Wales Retreat, winning some fans for her method in the process.
The session will offer inspiring themes and tools for reflection and expression — as well as opportunities to share with the group if you choose. It will be freeing, empowering, playful – all in the company of fellow Queenagers. It will be a space for imagination and self-expression that will help produce real insights into what you want from 2025 and how to go about getting it.
This session is open and free to all paid Members on NOON.

About Alison
Alison Cable is a reading and writing facilitator at London Literary Salon and has taught Contemporary Literature, Reading and Writing Across the Curriculum, and Critical and Analytical Thinking at several east coast Universities in the States. She holds an MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes and a BA and MA in English Literature. She has a particular interest in the therapeutic nature of shared reading and writing and sits on the board of Lapidus International.
