Cornwall Walk at Carlyon Bay
November 23 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Come and join our First Cornwall NOON Walk with Cornwall Host – Lisa Barnwell.
Lisa is a Leadership Coach and made a midlife move from South-West London to Cornwall 18 months ago.
We are launching our first Cornwall NOON Community with a walk from Carlyon Bay Beach to Spit Beach, Par. The first gathering will start with a 4km coastal path walk and talk for about 90 minutes with award-winning coffee and cakes available to take away from the Bake Hut on the beach. Refreshments and light lunches will be available at The Carlyon Bay Golf Club afterwards.
This gathering will give you a chance to hear about NOON and our exciting plans ahead. You will have a chance to meet other Queenagers, have some tea and cake and hear more about the plans for the Cornwall NOON community.
This event is FREE and open to all!
Location: Carlyon Bay, Saint Austell
Agenda:
10:30AM – Meet at the Carlyon Bay car park
10:45PM – Start the walk to Spit Beach Par
12PM – go to the nearby Golf club for tea and snacks and to talk more
All dogs are welcome 🐕 – Lisa will be bringing her dog on the walk. So more canine friends are truly welcome
What are NOON Circles?
NOON’s signature regular gatherings – NOON Circles – are a unique opportunity for women in midlife (Queenagers) to get together, enjoy snacks and drinks, and engage in open conversations about what’s on their mind.
We tackle challenges and share triumphs, swap stories and have a laugh. It’s a great source of support and insight … and one of our most popular offerings.
Cornwall NOON Circles will be starting soon!
