Got questions or particular things you are concerned about? Submit them questions and concerns in advance, which will form the focus of sessions. Questions should be submitted more than 24 hours in advance please. Submit your questions via this form.

In addition, there’ll be in-person sessions in London every four months on Tuesday 12 May, Tuesday 8 September, and Tuesday 12 January 2027, at 6pm.

Whether you’re contemplating separation, unsure how to manage the challenges ahead, seeking to minimise conflict or rediscovering who you are post-divorce, we’re here to walk alongside you.

This group offers a calm, supportive space where you will be seen, heard, and understood. We provide practical and emotional support to help you navigate the challenges of divorce with greater confidence and less conflict.

Your privacy is very important to us – and this group is for educational purposes only, does not constitute legal advice and does not create a coach-client relationship. Be sure to read the Boundaries and Legal Caveats. By registering for and attending these sessions, you acknowledge and agree to these Boundaries and Legal Caveats.

Each session will be tailored to the needs of the group, but topics are likely to include:

  • Learning to trust again and rebuild self-belief
  • Strengthening emotional resilience for the separation and divorce journey
  • Building and using a strong support network
  • Minimising conflict and animosity
  • Identifying and meeting your emotional, physical, and financial needs
  • Protecting your children and your future
  • Understanding and taking control of the legal and financial process
  • Preparing for legal conversations with confidence and clarity
  • Developing credible and realistic settlement proposals.

Our mission is to help you make clear, empowered decisions, take courageous action, and restore confidence and self-belief – while minimising emotional and financial strain. We aim to support you in envisioning and planning for a hopeful, secure future beyond divorce.

Julia is a professional divorce coach and family law solicitor with over 20 years’ experience supporting families through separation and divorce. She is Spanish, a mum to two teenage boys, living in West London and has recently rediscovered her love of fitness. Julia brings clarity, legal insight, and calm guidance to help women feel informed and empowered during an often overwhelming time.

Sally is also a professional divorce coach, with a background as a menopause nurse specialist and health coach. Her work is complemented by 10 years’ experience in medical education, researching and facilitating excellence in medical communication. She is a mum to two adult children and lives by the sea in Devon. Sally brings a deep understanding of emotional wellbeing, midlife transitions, and compassionate communication.
