About Eleanor Mills
Eleanor Mills is the founder of NOON and an award-winning editor, writer and broadcaster. She’s a regular speaker and was named to the Diversity Power List 2025. Her book Much More to Come became a Times bestseller when it debuted in 2024. An award-winning editor with 25 years of experience as a top executive in UK media, Mills campaigns to challenge gendered ageism and to change the conversation about the later stages of women’s lives to one which is more positive, optimistic and fit for purpose.
