NOON Circle Host Essex: Helen Moore
Meet Helen Moore, who leads our Essex NOON Circle in Dedham.
Helen brings over 35 years’ corporate experience, including 15 years leading construction and housebuilding businesses. Today, she combines a portfolio of Non-Executive Director roles with her consultancy, Moore About Homes, which she founded in 2025.
Having spent her entire career in a male‑dominated sector, Helen is passionate about the power of women supporting women. Happily single and mum to a grown-up daughter, she knows first-hand how transformative it can be to have a circle of women who lift you up, challenge you and remind you of your inner strength.
Helen discovered NOON during a period of loss and uncertainty. When redundancy followed soon after, it was the courageous stories from her fellow Queenagers that inspired her to take a solo round‑the‑world trip; a journey that helped her reconnect with joy, confidence and possibility.
The Essex Circle is shaped by that same spirit. It’s a space for women navigating change, contemplating a midlife pivot, or simply craving more connection. Together, we offer support through challenging times, spark inspiration for what comes next and seek to create friendships that bring more joy into everyday life.
