Noon Founder Eleanor Mills spoke with Lucy Goff, creator of wellness company @LYMAlife, and sleep expert Dr Michael Grandner, Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, College of Medicine at the University of Arizona. Certified in Behavioural Sleep Medicine, Dr Grandner has dedicated his career to researching sleep behaviours and patterns.
