Sally Jackson is one of the UK’s leading separation and divorce coaches, specialising in supporting professional midlife women. A passionate believer in women’s capacity to adapt and thrive, she encourages women to re-think midlife as a time of opportunities, hope – and fun!
Sally shares how she used a difficult divorce and cancer journey to embrace her own midlife with renewed strength, confidence and grace. Pivoting from her old life in nursing and teaching, she embarked on her new career – and developed new relationships, not least with herself. Embodying her core values of balance and joy, Sally also enjoys travelling, swimming in the sea, and volunteering as a young person’s grief support worker for the charity Balloons.
Sally is delighted to be running a Noon Circle in Exeter alongside her co-host Victoria.
