Sam Cooper-Gray is a powerhouse strategist, podcast host, and champion for female-led business. As founder of The Wisdom Studio, she helps SMEs scale with clarity and impact—drawing on 25+ years in global financial services, including as HSBC’s Global Head of SME Strategy. Sam led the creation of HSBC’s $1bn Female Entrepreneur Fund and the UK’s £250m Women’s Business Growth Initiative.
Now she drives national policy as leader of the Conditions to Scale workstream for the UK Government’s Invest in Women Taskforce. She’s also the voice behind The Beginner’s Guide to Being a Grown-Up podcast, where real-world wisdom meets radical honesty.
