Fiona Beighton portrait NOON Circle host Meet Fiona Beighton, who leads our NOON Circle in the Guildford with Sue Durrans. Fiona has spent nearly 40 years in the accountancy profession and is now transitioning away from full-time paid work. Alongside her career, she has become a coach and mentor, sharing her expertise both professionally and through voluntary roles. She is particularly passionate about supporting women and girls.

While searching for guidance on her own “glide path to retirement,” Fiona discovered NOON — a vibrant community of like-minded women. What she found wasn’t just advice, but a new tribe, fresh perspectives, and inspiring stories that helped her realise she isn’t retiring at all — she’s rewiring.
