About our newest membership: NOON Pro
What is NOON Pro?
NOON Pro is a new tier of membership launched as a result of feedback we’ve received that many of our paying members would like more in-person networking opportunities and the chance to chat to other Queenagers online. NOON Pro is the highest tier of membership and costs £35 a month or £350 per year.
What are the benefits of NOON Pro?
We’re created new benefits around the things you tell us you want most. This includes in-person experiences and more access to Eleanor with regular gatherings, aka the Networking Salon, a dedicated Pro WhatsApp group and Eleanor’s Culture Club, which offers immersive and intimate experiences personally curated by Eleanor.
Benefits of Pro Membership include:
- Free access to our London Circle (regularly £20)
- Exclusive new in-person features such as Eleanor’s in-person Networking Salon, which meets regularly over lunch or drinks
- A Pro members only WhatsApp Group
- Eleanor’s Culture Club with immersive and intimate experiences personally curated by her

Also in the pipeline: An upgrade to our Directory to include a section on Coaches and Coaching – an area where coaches can offer their services to the NOON community and where members can find a coach, online or in-person, that suits their needs.

Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee for Pro?
Sorry, NOON doesn’t offer free trial periods.
Are there any launch discounts or promotional pricing?
Yes, we have an early bird offer for new Pro members which gives you up to 50% off the cost of the Rebrand Yourself™ course (normal retail price = £497.00). Get full details of the course.
Will I lose access to any current features if I upgrade?
No! That’s the great thing about NOON Pro – loads more perks plus all the benefits you’ve become accustomed to.
How do I upgrade from my current Standard Membership to Pro?
The easiest way to do this is to log into your NOON Member Hub. Once in the Hub, scroll down to the box in the bottom right corner to find “Your Account” and click on that. Then click on the link to “Subscriptions”.
You’ll be able to view your current Membership and click on “Change Plan” to upgrade to Pro.
When will my Pro benefits become active after upgrading?
You’ll receive an email from us within 24 hours with the link to the Pro WhatsApp group and along with details on how to take advantage of the discount to sign up for the Rebrand Yourself™ course.
You’ll find details of all in-person events as they become available on Events at NOON.org.uk.
The Rebrand Yourself™ course, Networking Salon, Eleanor’s Culture Club and free access to London in-person Circle events will start from September 2025.
Can I switch back to the Standard Membership if I change my mind?
Please contact us on hello@noon.org.uk to manage the downgrade to the Standard Membership.
Will my current membership data and history carry over?
You will be able to access your subscription details via the Member Hub. The Subscriptions tab carries the details of your live and expired subscriptions.
How will I be billed for the NOON Pro?
You will be billed annually or monthly according to which payment term you select. Membership is automatically billed on a recurring basis.
Can I pause or cancel my premium membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro Membership at any time through your account settings. Your Membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you’ll retain access to Basic (free) Membership features.
Please note: We don’t provide refunds for unused portions of your Membership period. Any refunds are granted solely at the company’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
What happens to my Pro benefits if I miss a payment?
If your payment fails, we will be in contact to let you know. We may ask you to try a different method of payment.
How do I manage my Pro subscription settings?
You can manage all your subscription settings in the Member Hub.
Do Pro members get priority customer support?
Paid members get priority booking on events and we will do our best to answer any queries within 48 hours. Email us at hello@noon.org.uk for help on your NOON needs.
What happens if I experience technical issues with Pro features?
Please contact us on hello@noon.org.uk and we’ll aim to get back to you within 48 hours.
How do I access Pro-only areas or content?
We’ll send you a QR code for the Pro WhatsApp group. Details of all events will be published on NOON Events, and we regularly include events in the Queenager and the Queenager Edit newsletters. Content and courses with Pro access will automatically be available to you whenever you log onto the site or via the Member Hub.
Changing your password
You can update your password on your account at any time by going to your Account page. Scroll to the bottom and click Change Password. You’ll be taken to a page where you can create a new password. See screenshots below.
Membership cancellation policy
You can cancel your NOON Membership at any time. You do so by going to your account page. (Log in here.) Alternatively, message us at hello@noon.org.uk and we can help.
For Basic Memberships, we’ll remove your information from our Membership database. Note: If you signed up separately for the newsletter, you will still receive that. Of course you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the newsletter email.
For Monthly Memberships (Standard or Pro), the cancellation will take effect with the next billing cycle. Do note that if you cancel close to your billing date, it might not be possible for cancellation to take immediate effect and you might be billed for a final cycle.
For Annual Memberships (Standard or Pro), the cancellation will take effect after your Annual Membership has run out. Do note that if you cancel close to your billing date, it might not be possible for cancellation to take immediate effect and you might be billed for an additional cycle.
There is no pro rata refund of any membership fees.
