Special Queenager Cocktail created for our Online Book Launch

To celebration the online launch of Much More to Come, A Lush Life Manual's founder Susan Schwartz created a special Queenager cocktail

To celebrate of the Online Book Launch of Much More to Come, the new book by NOON founder Eleanor Mills, we’ve collaborated with A Lush Life Manual to commission a special cocktail! (If you haven’t got your copy of the book yet, go to Waterstones, put in the discount code MuchMore50 and get 50% off your copy.)

The Queenager Cocktail, created by Lush Life Manual’s founder Susan Schwartz, is a summery, delicious and easy-to-make drink – it uses ingredients most of us have in our kitchen or drinks cabinet, or you can easily pick them up at the grocery store. Scroll down to learn how to make it.

We’ll be sipping the Queenager at the Online Book Launch on Tuesday 12 September at 18:00, so be sure to grab the ingredients, join us and get sipping!

How to make the special Queenager Cocktail

Susan says: “The Queenager is based on a cocktail that was on my London Cocktail Tour and the original was created by Jordan James at The Blind Pig in London. The bar has sadly just closed – so this is a way you can enjoy a twist on his delicious creation. I’ve replaced the original’s St. Germain liquer with Elderflower cordial to give a bit more sweetness and added the refreshing mint garnish. It’s the perfect drink to celebrate that there’s much more to come for us Queenagers.”

Ingredients

25ml Aperol
10-15ml Elderflower cordial (adjust this for your level of sweetness)
10ml Lime Juice
Top up with Prosecco
Garnish: Fresh mint leaves
Glass: Rocks

Instructions

Fill the glass with one large piece of ice
Add all ingredients to the glass
Stir gently
Garnish with fresh mint
